The Old Man and His Son

A father's day brew session was held at the Bye palace in Burnsville. We chose a Midwest Red Lager, only to find out that it requires a great deal of patience and a lot of fermentation stages. From our calculation, we'll be drinking our home brew in early October.

  1. I know you won't be able to wait 6 months to brew again.
You're going to need another carboy now :-)
Also, let me know how you are going to do the 2nd lager step (45F)???

  2. We'll see what the head cheese says about another carboy. $Carboy$ = $Diapers$ for dirty buns....

p.s. the Red Lager was burping away this morning, so we didnt totally botch anything (I dont think)
