Lagering has an origin in Roman history, so I chose an Italian name. Padre E Figlio would be translated "Father and Son" where as Rossa Birra Chiara would have a literal translation of "Red Lager"

Padre E Figlio Label
I was playing around with label ideas for my first lager which is currently fermenting in secondary.
Lagering has an origin in Roman history, so I chose an Italian name. Padre E Figlio would be translated "Father and Son" where as Rossa Birra Chiara would have a literal translation of "Red Lager"
